Nursing Home

Denehurst Nursing Home includes thirty-seven single rooms, twenty-six of which have en-suites. Some of the smaller rooms have been combined to create larger single rooms. These now exceed 18 sq. m and include en-suite facilities.

All rooms are beautifully decorated and fully furnished. However, we actively encourage Service Users to bring their own furniture, television, pictures, and ornaments to personalise the space. Naturally, all items brought into the Home must comply with Health and Safety Regulations.

Each room includes an en-suite facility, a nurse call system, and heating with an individual thermostat. A television point is also provided. Service Users may request a private telephone line, which can be installed, although installation and running costs are their responsibility. Denehurst also features a large, well-kept garden for Service Users to enjoy throughout the year.

At Denehurst Nursing Home, we place great importance on maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Our staff receive full training in hygiene control, and the Home is thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis.

In addition, our team carries out maintenance checks regularly. This allows us to keep the Home in outstanding decorative order. As a result, we continue to provide a safe, hygienic, and pleasant environment for Service Users, their families, and our staff.
